Director of Content Marketing

We are a leading-edge B-to-B software company focused on Cloud, Virtualization and Web security searching for a hands-on, experienced Head of Digital Content Marketing to drive our new solutions to market. If you live and breathe marketing content, websites, other lead generation vehicles, lead marketing projects and can demonstrate ability to also be an individual contributor that can create dynamic and engaging content, presentations, etc. for lead generation campaigns and awareness - we want to talk to you!
We are looking for an energetic, innovative and creative person to develop, implement, manage, track and optimize marketing content across multiple channels. You will lead a small team, report to the CMO and work with all those knowledgeable in the company to produce quality-marketing collateral, aimed at increasing lead generation and brand awareness. You will lead the building of marketing campaigns to attract, engage and convert target audiences, such as analysts, prospects, customers, and resellers. Your activities will be both tactical and strategic.


The Head of Digital Content Marketing is responsible for all content development for the Web, SEO / SEM, press releases, case studies video scripts, white papers, driven by a strategy to attract site traffic and convert that traffic into new leads for the business. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop, execute, manage, measure and maximize the performance of the marketing content, campaigns and website performance and projects in order to generate leads and opportunities
  • Hands-on content development, as well as collaboration with PR agency, 3rd party content development contractors and Marketing team members to create PRs, case studies, landing pages, other Website content, presentations, surveys, blog posts and more
  • Independently create dynamic and engaging content and presentations (including product presentations, sales presentations, other presentations)
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Collaborate Manage strategy and deliverables of SEO agencies
  • Provide support to Sales managers on creating content for partners’ portals

  • Creative and persistent thinker who strives on quality and timely deliverables
  • Leadership: Able to manage and lead in-house and/or outsourced content creation
  • Proven project management skills with a start and end date
  • Organized: can handle multiple projects, people and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Self-learner with the ability to gather information from internal and external resources and independently create marketing content
  • Senior by title but rolls up the sleeves and gets the job done

  • Business/Marketing degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • 5 year prior experience in designing and maintaining lead-generation Websites, demonstrating dramatic lead-form submissions increases year over year
  • Relevant product & industry knowledge – IT or software industry experience: a Major plus
  • Experience leading and managing local and remote content / SEO providers
  • Demonstrate proven ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, motivate and convert
  • Expertise in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement and conversions

Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our energetic R&D team in Modi’in working on our brand new product line.

We are looking for an energetic team player with micro-services hands-on experience that can accomplish challenging activities, and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced R&D and lab environment.

Working knowledge of agile development, system operations, micro-services and Docker environments and cyber processes.

Ability to work in a "start-up" environment and take end to end ownership is a requirement.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experience in server side development (Node.js, Rails, Python, Java or equivalent).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently & as part of a team.
  • Experience with deployment & orchestration tools, like Docker Swarm and Kubernetes (K8S).
  • Strong leadership and ownership
  • Background in real-time & Big Data technologies/paradigms such as Docker, Elastic Search, MongoDB, AWS and more - a plus.

DevOps Engineer

Ericom is looking for an exceptional DevOps person to take the existing product (Secure Browsing) to the next level and will be part of the establishment of the next generation product in the cloud.


Enable Dev teams to build and deploy complex system from code to test and production environments

Standardize, automate and document setup and deployment to development and production environments.

Improve current Continuous Integration process.

Lead the optimization process of the product in all levels, from Linux OS , Networks and ending with Docker

Build and lead POCs for tools for internal use to support DevOps best practices

Be part of the effort for establish new cloud products(from all aspects: CI, Automation and deploy processes)


  • 3+ years of professional IT experience (especially with linux Networking, Security).
  • 3+ years of experience with build and deployment tools (makefile, maven, gcc) .
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps role -supporting developers by providing infrastructure, maintaining CI/CD etc.
  • Working experience with CI systems (Jenkins, TeamCity, Puppet).
  • Experience in UNIX/Linux
  • Experience with scripting languages (bash, python).
  • Experience with monitoring tools.
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS is preferable).

  • Experience with Docker, kubernetes/swarm.
  • Experience with Docker/Linux in production .
  • Experience with ELK.
  • Experience in Security.
